“Everything was great except the day receptionist. First morning there the door to the lobby was locked or stuck, something. We called, we knocked... finally she responded, with an attitude!! She cursed in Germany as if I wouldn't understand. The other people at the counter looked as well. If you don't like your job quit! Otherwise great clean room, great continental breakfast, nice bar/lounge area. Thanks”
“Locating can be slightly difficult. As you get out of the underground metro, there is a small signpost called a trip inn and you have to get into the building. Then go up through the lift. There you have the reception. The receptionist was very good and so was the room. Overall, I had a great experience.”
